CFD, CPD, and the United States Navy Seals put their lives on the line every day for our families. For this reason, when the opportunity to sponsor the Battle of the Badges and Sweeney Golf Classic events came up, we were honored to help. With our hectic schedules of running our kids to wrestling or baseball practice, sometimes we lose sight of the true heroes that make it all possible. Thank you to the families who have lost their loved ones while they were fighting for ours.
Battle of the Badges boxing event is the most popular Police and Fire charity event in Chicago. The annual Boxing show provides an opportunity for Chicago Firefighters, Paramedics, and Police Officers to engage with their local communities in a very entertaining and positive way.

This events proceeds have gone directly to providing critical support to the spouses and children of Navy SEALs while they are training and deployed around the world.
Sponsoring Polar Plunge Chicago gave us the opportunity to support Special Children's Charities. Every child deserves the opportunity to take part in athletic programs in their community. SCC's mission does just that by offering inclusion and empowerment for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Chicago. Their high-quality athletic, educational and life-enriching programs inspire their participants to dream big, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals. Their transformative programs champion the rights and potential of individuals, support their families and uplift communities.

Clear Ridge is the local Little League Baseball and Softball organization in our community. John has played for them since he was four years old and will continue until he enters high school. Because Clear Ridge is a non-profit, they need help providing uniforms, equipment, umpires, and registration fees for those who are less fortunate. I truly believe that every child deserves the opportunity to benefit from the life lessons that youth baseball has blessed my son John with. I am more than happy to give other children in my community the same opportunities.

For over two decades, the Guadalupe A. Reyes Fiesta del Sol Scholarship Program has awarded scholarships to students from the Southwest side of Chicago. The mission of the University Round Table (URT) is to provide necessary resources for underrepresented students and their families, with a focus on successful recruitment, college access, affordability, retention, and college completion. KEP's yearly donation is awarded to one student as a part of this scholarship program.
